![]() Unfortunately, I was disillusioned entirely after ordering from them. I previously had a good impression of the company, as they're held in very high regard by the figure-collecting community. Irresponsible company, Unreliable customer sevice If not because of the exclusive bonus part I would not have ordered from them at all. They are already selling at full price (other shops usually offer 15-17% off their products). For one case it costed only about half as much as EMS. Within this month, I have placed several orders with other companies in Japan, all of them provided shipping via DHL or FedEX without any problems. Their reply is that "we do not offer direct shipping upgrades" and forced me to cancel the order. That's fine, but after over a month of silence, I emailed them asking for any updates. I know this is not GSC's fault, but it was their way of handling afterwards that is so poor: When the package was returned by Japan Post, the email from GSC said that "Please be patient as we will guide you through alternative delivery methods.". When it was finally released, war has started and EMS from Japan to some European countries has been suspended. ![]() For a figure that I have pre-ordered over a year ago, twice it has been delayed. This is probably one of the most arrogant customer service I have ever dealt with. Don't ever buy directly on Good Smile Company shop if you wish to receive your order. I guess that, if I don't get what I paid for, I'll need to file a claim using PayPal and get my account in GSC banned because they simply refuse to answer my messages. I have contacted GSC several times about this and they have only bothered to reply to me the first time, just to give me false information (they told me a lie about how Japan Post transmits their package information, something that my local postal service has denied to be truth) and to take no responsibility. The package may very well end either getting lost or returned to GSC. Due to this, the package can't be processed adequately in my country and it's possible that it can't even be delivered because it may not even finish the customs clearance. Japan Post (the carrier they forced me to use because they basically don't let you choose the postal service you want) messed it up at some point during the processing of my package and didn't register its data and information properly. ![]() They charged me for my order at the end of January and took almost three weeks to actually ship the package. I pre-ordered a nendoroid in September 2022 which was to be released in February. ![]() I have only made an order on Good Smile global shop and I wish I never had because it's being a nightmare. ![]()
